When looking up "laidback electronica" in the dictionary, Seestrings should be there as definition. 4 tracks of awesome laidback electronic music. From the first time I heard the music of Seestrings, I was enchanted by it. And these 4 tracks will ensure you will be enchanted by his music as well. Beautiful melodies, nice sometimes slightly erratic rhythms. You will love Seestrings for it.

A full album for Seestrings this time round. 11 tracks that fit together perfectly to bring you a very nice laidback experience. If you loved his previous EP on Laidback Electronica, then you'll really love this one! Beautiful melodies in all tracks. Downtempo IDM with a bit of ambient in between. You'll immediately fall in love with the intricacies of the music. Dream away to it. Only to be sobered up by that last, beautiful track.

Only recently did I encounter the music of Lomov, and soon after finding out about his music did I want more, more, more. Aside from the various netlabels that Lomov has already released on, I felt the need to give the world some more Lomov. Luckily, he agreed. Unterflurhudrant brings some beautiful laidback electronica to your ears. Clicks, ambience, minimal rhythms. It's there for your pleasure in five beautiful tracks.

Lackluster. One of those artists that you seem to encounter wherever you go when looking for laidback electronica. It has been a wish from the start of this label to have a Lackluster release on this label. With this release, Lackluster takes an Ilkae track, and turns it into an 18 minute long remix jam session. Very nice chilled rhythms, beautiful melodies. A wonderful trip.

Retrograad EP is be the first of at least two releases this year for Kratarknathrak. It is definately the lighter of the two, as the other release will be a collection of darker tracks. Retrograad EP consists of 5 tracks, and totals nearly 25 minutes of music. It starts off quite downtempo with Cruising With Dr Phlox, a very atmospheric track. Complex Een gives us a slightly more uptempo track, with a more happy, melodic feeling. Tempel van de Vuurmieren dives into slightly more ambient IDM...

Slighty darker than the Retrograad EP, this release is still without a doubt Laidback Electronica material. Beautiful and again very atmospheric, it is easy to dream away to the sounds that Pieter Winkelaar brings to life on this 10-track album.

Frode Berge lives up in the north of Europe, in the wonderful country of Norway. He composes music for different projects, with the two most important and well-known projects being Icotec and Freebrick. These projects cover a range of styles, but most of his music is quite laidback of nature. On this 4-track EP, Frode offers 4 tracks that total just over 27 minutes of laidback electronica. All 4 tracks feature beautiful spacious melodies, small little blips and bleeps, and beautiful rhythms...

Improvisation is the keyword for this release. 7 tracks by dutch artists Erik 't Sas and Matthew Florianz bring beautiful ambient. Dream away to these sounds, or listen carefully to find yourself intrigued by the way the tracks are built.
